Salam guys. I am thinking of buying a used Honda Civic 1.5 Turbo, but I am worried about the road tax (Cukai Jalan) rates after the recent revisions. Also, since KL has been getting crazy flash floods lately, especially near Jalan Tun Razak, my friend advised me to get special flood insurance (Special Perils coverage). Is it worth the extra money? Also, does running on subsidized RON95 cause knocking in these turbo engines or should I stick to RON97?
